Taking The Earth’s Temperature

In this project, students explore how satellites help us to understand and learn about climate change. Students will:

  • Identify the characteristics of and build a model satellite
  • Explore how scientists use imagery from space to understand the changing world
  • Reflect why temperature changes over time and how humans impact climate change
  • Decide on a personal action that helps to tackle climate
