Designing for Climate Action

Circular Economy Project

In this project, students will follow the process of Design Thinking to reuse an object. It is around 10 hours in total, split into 10 separate activities.

Students will:

  • Identify the characteristics of the Circular Economy
  • Answer the design question “How can I reuse an object in a different way for the well-being of the people in my community?”
  • Present their design project at a school fair or virtually
  • Understand why designing for the circular economy is a positive climate action
