Futures Literacy: The Declaration on Future Generations

This activity engages students in imagining a hopeful future and reflecting on the actions they can take to create positive change. Through creative exercises and discussions, students complete the sentence, “I will create hope for the future by…” to share their ideas. The goal is to inspire students to connect with global issues and understand that even small actions can help shape a better world, while building futures literacy—one of the key skills in the SDGs for envisioning sustainable alternatives.
